I’d recommend changing therapist if you don’t get on with your current one. You shouldn’t have to stick with someone you don’t get on with, I realise changing therapists can be hard at times because you have to go through a lot again with someone new but it’s probably for the best. Keep strong.
I agree with Michael. A therapist change is probably a good idea. They’re supposed to be there to help, not to brush you off and say you have to help yourself. There’s a reason you see them; to get help. Not to go through it alone. If you ever want to talk, you can message me. Good luck.

Thank you @kat7. I been taking it pretty hard since both my family and other people i reach out for help had that to say but i’m being hopeful.
