Does anyone have any tips on overcoming the need for approval? I’ve ovetcome this before but I realise lately that I have to started to worry a lot about what others think and have to be constanly approved. This is not good and I want to stop it before it gets worse. Thanks
Be over confident in your mind,so long as your behavior isn’t hurting anyone being cocky in your own mind never hurts,and don’t be afraid to fall apart if you have trouble doing this,just force yourself to pick it back up again…
