Hiya @kittyboomboom I’m sorry to hear you’ve not had a good experience yet in the chat. The thing is, as it’s anonymous anyone can use it. Including trolls. Nor is it perfect, sometimes the chat disconnects randomly But there’s a lot of people here that genuinly want to help. What you experienced was the exception, not the norm.
You could try the chat again, or maybe write a question on here if you’re up for it. My inbox is always open as well @maddushe

It takes a few tries to find a serious person, a more monitored alternative would be 7cupsoftea
