When I used to cut myself, a voice in my head was always saying ”yes do it”. Now that I haven’t cut for quite some days, when I feel the urge, a voice in my head says ”don’t do it, don’t even think about it”. One of the voices in my head bosses me around and tells me what to do, including not to cut myself. This is so weird.
well,,, that’s a heady weird feeling as always. but I agree with the voice in your head that says don’t do it. Stop doing it silent rain for Gods sake. Don’t hurt yourself anymore please. you can always talk to us you know.
I’m really happy about it and it’s definitely the better kind of weird.
