I’ve been laying off the cutting but it’s left me with a lot of rage. Not really sure how to deal with this, I just scream and shout at things, sometimes cry. Sanity, what is that?
I had this problem when I stopped. Maybe try getting a punch bag or doing some kind of sport that involves violence?
I’ll need to give that a try, it’s getting overwhelming.
