My mate.. he tells me to go to him when Im upset, I go to him even when Im barely sad just to get a raise up from him and when I tell him that Im sad he goes crazy and says he’s worthless when he’s not. He says that because he thinks he cant help me when he can. He just gives up with no try, it really makes me upset because then I have to talk him out of suicide because he couldnt think of one line to say to me to raise my chin, him just saying ’I love you’ or ’everything is going to be okay’ will help me and he doesnt even try anything. A few minutes ago he asked how I was and I said ’Ive been better’, he asked why and I responded with ’Im just remembering bad memories but Ill be okay.’ and he got so fucking upset because I was just remembering a non-pleasent memory, everyone does. He asks me to come to him for help, I come to him and tell him whats wrong, he gets upset and I have to help him, then I dont get the help I need. I dont want him to get upset so most of the time I dont tell him when Im upset and when he finds out I dont tell him he thinks Im hiding something from him and its so frustrating.
