I’d rather talk to a wall, rather than talking to a person.. This way it won’t feel real, all my feeling and the thoughts in my head they won’t feel as real.
One can only learn in relationship not in abstraction.
Keeping my feelings and thoughts to myself help me overcome them, its the only way out from that hole, talking makes things worst, and more real, hard to numb out and to ignore..
