I guess sometimes I do wish that I had friends so I could talk to somebody, because for the past year or so I haven’t talked to anyone out loud, so on nights like tonight where I’m having anxiety attacks and I’m feeling really paranoid, scared, and sad.. I just wish I could tell someone, I keep feeling like something is going to attack me and I don’t know what to do
My inbox is open if you need to talk. I had an anxiety attack yesterday. This time one of my professors saw. I hate having to explain what is happening because there is no way to explain it.
