My whole life has been filled with grief and loss. My brother was murdered when I was 17, my friend drowned 6 months later, then I lost 3 uncles, my aunt, my cousin… all within 3 years. Few years later, my best friend passed, then another, then recently 2 more friends.

I have learned to run to the good things in life. I have learned to focus your attention on the people who are still alive that love you. I have learned that you will use your experience to help others later in your life. I am so sorry that you are hurting. I know that pain all to well.
