My goals sometimes feel so overwhelming! But then I have to remind myself – look how far I’ve come! And where do I want to go next? I write my goal down and the steps it will take to reach it, then, I take the first step. No matter how little it is (Making a phone call, finding a resourceful website) and if that’s all I can handle for the day, then so be it. At least I’m moving forward!
