    Late at night when my loved ones are asleep and dreaming..I’m up thinking about all that I should have said..all that I should have been done..and all the things that will never be said or done all because I’m scared..

    • Try not to dwell on the past, and things that can’t be changed. Write each of these thoughts down, get them out of your system. Physically writing them out is more effective than trying to just push them from your mind. Maybe one day you’ll read back over them and some of them won’t seem so scary, and you’ll be able to say/do them :)
