Fallen Angel said 10 years, 9 months ago:

Crystal blue oceans vast and wide.
Whirlpools swirling into your mind.
Blue fire dancing, shifting fast.
Rimmed in dark luring in light.
Always beautiful just like the winter’s ice.
Burning blue at a single sight.
I promise never a tear you shall shed.
cold, tired and defiant.
Stubbornness glints in the light.
Stars glinting in the reflecting light.
I swear, your eyes are the best I’ve seen yet.

Kudos! I enjoyed the rhythm of the poem.

Black ants pour from her iris’ gape
Swimming from the well’s bottom
She rolls eyes like dice with snakes
Wilting in the stale Autumn
Your eyes are windows, shutters drawn
Lids shut to the coming dawn
An ultraviolet sky-lit eye which
Is blinded by blood that it’s shedding light with…
She gilded her past like Midas…
Glassy stares full of silence…
