Just think of all positive things in your life! What do you like to do? What’s your dream? What makes you happy? All these things. More you enjoy your life, more you will forget about your past. Yes, it’s not healthy for one to completely ignore one’s past. But thinking positively could be a start to embrace your past and don’t feel too bad about it!
