I just did a year in college for Childhood but now I know I want to be a psychologist. I’m going to get a semester credits so that I can start university September 2015. I’m looking forward to it but I’m scared that with my past they won’t allow me to become one.

Are you trying to major in psychology at this new university? There are no prerequisites or special things you need to do so, you should be able to major in it and do what you want! Although I believe you need much more than a bachelor’s degree to be a psychologist, so you’ll have to apply to grad school and so on
