My best advice is to not purposefully try to flirt. Simply be nice. That will get you farther than anything.

Words cannot express how much it means to a girl to simply let her know she looks good today, or she has a sweet sounding voice, or has a quality that you really like. Also, they love confidence, so don’t be afraid to ask her on another date. A simple, “Hey, want to do something this weekend?” is non-douchy and isn’t too wordy. Once you’re there just be yourself but try to be a bit more nice. Sorry if I went off on a tangent, but yeah. Good luck man. Rooting for ya.
