Why am I having a irregular period?

I usually don’t like to talk about this stuff, I get uncomfortable about it. But ladies I’ve been having my period like in between months for the past 4/5 months. Last month I had a normal period , which was in the beginning of the month, now I got again and the month isn’t over. What’s happening?!? Is it because I don’t eat right or drink a lot of water, or is it stress. I just want to know if I’m secretly pregnant or of its normal. Please help?!?!

It deppends. Were you regular before? If not, it's perfectly normal. If you were, there are factors that can lead you to an irregular period, for example, stress like you said. There are alot of things related to it. You just have to find out the reason for it. You aren't necessarily pregnant if you have an irregular period, that actually doesn't make sense. However if you are having unprotected sex, you should be aware of that. But if you still feel uneasy about this go to your doctor ,they are definetly going to help you with it
