Ok so I was kinda in a slump for a while, but now i’m ready to get back on track and get back into shape! Only I’m so not motivated (i’d definitely like the body, but i’m too lazy and tired to actually do anything), so… I read that having a buddy can help you cuz you encourage eachother, and keep eachother accountable, yeah it’s corny, but i honestly think it would work! since i’m 14 and no one my age really openly admits to wana be healthy and fit, i was wondering if anyone was in the same situation or similar and wanted someone to support them as well!
