I'm 5'0" and I'm 21. I was mistaken for a 15 year old a few weeks ago.

Definitely not alone. Standing barely at 5'0" is what makes everyone believe I'm 15 also my face is sort of child like. And I'm 20. But that's okay! Most of us here are going to love it when we're in our late 30's and still being mistaken for being younger.

Yes! I am 23 and have had dirty looks of people thinking I am 16/17 years old, I get more shocked faces when I am seen with my two children as again they think I am 16/17. People say I should take it as a compliment but it gets annoying being ID all the time, however the plus side I guess is when I am charged at teen price ie teen cinema/ bus ticket instead of adult. I am 5 ft 3 so I would say average height too so cant understand why people think I am younger.

You're not alone lol! I was told I looked 17 years old today.

You worry about this now but wait until you're 40 or 50 and you're going to love this part of yourself.

I'm 15 and people think I'm 16-17 if that counts or 19 if I decide to do my makeup nicely.

I'm 20, but I've gotten 15 before. The thing is, I'm above average height--5'6 and a 1/2 (the average is 5'5 I believe). People say that you'll love it when you're older, but at this moment, I'd like to look my age..
I can look younger later in life lol, but not now. My other sister gets called older than my middle sister, though they're a year and 4mos apart. When they were younger, people thought they were twins.

From Melissa Joan Hart's Facebook: "You've really got to hand it to short people...because we usually can't reach it anyway."

...I would say that I'm sorry for that joke, but I am not. I love short people, my best friend at Basic Training was a scrappy little Hispanic lady with three kids at home, she was 26 and 5'0. She mastered the art of the comeback since she was the butt of so many jokes. Nothing but respect for her.

I am 26 and people still think I'm 16 I guess... I'm 5'2" and "look" young I suppose... I hope that means I will still look decent when I'm actually "older" but judging from my luck probably not, haha.
