Sometimes I feel hands digging into my skin, or my wrists bleeding.
It’s so intense I want to scream.
I’ve heard muscle memory but I never cut my wrists. (Though I did cut my legs for a time)
When it happens depending on where I feel the pain, I get tense, sometimes if it feels like I’m feeling it on my neck like I’m being choked I can’t breathe.
If it’s digging or cutting I can feel the blood pouring.
It feels like hands gripping me hard and it hurts.
I’ve been feeling this for awhile and the longer it goes on the more I feel the hands pile up. It happens in public and private.
I also have depression and stress disorders if that helps???
I’m just very confused.
