For me, the two biggest things are music and other people. I play the guitar, so music and I have a strong bond. Whether it's playing, writing, or just listening, I find that the right music can always help me to calm down and get into the right mood. As for other people, that's the reason I'm here. I find that talking to other people about what's stressing me out can often release some of that stress, and as such I love this site for allowing me to do so, and also to give back and help others as well.

I'm kinda of that jock stereotype. Sports and exercise helps me. Stressing you body relaxes the mind.

music is the biggest one for me! I like painting too. Getting out and about, going for mountain walks or a swim :). Things that get my mind off everything.

For me, especially if it's been a long day and I'm sore, I take a hot bath and climb straight into my pajamas and watch a movie. I'm nice and calm from the bath and pajamas, and a movie, whatever genre, can really lighten your mood or inspire you while you rest!

Well, personally, music helps a lot (especially anything by Kasbo) and long walks. It also helps me to laugh, although sometimes I'm not in the best state for it.

Bubble baths, naps, or simply just laying on the couch. Talking to a friend, or writing/typing out my feelings onto a pad of paper or a word processor. Working out seems to help, too. Listening to mellowed out music is also good.
