Hi J.W,The symptoms of a panic attacks can include:Breathlessness
Dizziness
Feeling of being out of control
Confusion
Feeling of constriction in the chest
Palpitations
Hot/Cold Sweats
Fatigue
Tingling in hands and feet
Chest pain or discomfort
Shaking or trembling
Feeling detached from your surroundingsYou may have one or all of these, but everyone is different. Do not dismiss or discount what happened because of what someone else says are the symptoms.
