Ending your friendship with her immediately doesn't sound like a necessary first step in this situation. You should first talk to her about what she's doing to you (because she may not even realize what she's doing) and how you feel. If she continues to act like this to you even after you talk with her about what's going on, then maybe taking a break from her would work. Maybe then she'll realize what she's doing has effects to it. If none of that works, then I think it'll be time to end the friendship.
If this has been going on for a year, just simply stop trying. If she is truly your friend, she will notice your absence, and if she decides to ask you whats wrong or anything, tell her how you feel. If not then she didn't care and you have already stopped wasting your time.
