should i loss the extra 5-8 kg or not?

so im 18 year old male 67kg (147lbs) height is 175cm (5’9) and i was wondering will losing the 5-8Kg will really be so bad? i know i should focus more on bodybuilding but i really just wanna loss it

so should i do it? i am aiming to either 62kg or 59Kg any less then that and im considered underweight

You have to ask yourself this key question 'What makes you happy?' That's different to 'what makes me think others will be happy with me' in that you can feel the benefits mentally and there's no emotional strain involved. Also, try and work out why you want to lose the weight and what kind of, if any, physical consequences it may or may not have. Good luck friend and stay happy! :)

Your weight seems perfectly fine and healthy. Why would you want to drop so low that you'd be on the line of being underweight? Bodybuilding in combination with almost being underweight wouldn't be healthy. You have a good weight now. In the end it's your choice, but it doesn't sound healthy to drop so low.
