I'm really sorry about your rejection, particularly like that.At least you've learnt from this experience. Certainly he's proven to be quite the asshole, but you've been able to tell him your feelings. That's a bold step, and you should be proud of having taken it.

I agree with @logseman! You should be very proud of yourself for putting yourself out there. View it as a loss on his end and a gain on yours. You clearly are not missing out, as he did not let you down gently or explain his reasoning, he simply was rude. You deserve much better treatment from that, especially from someone you may enter a relationship with. never settle and know your worth<3 which is a hell of a lot, especially a great deal more than this individual would have supplied you with. His loss, dear!
