New him V Old him

My boyfriend has changed so much within a year… And honestly I missed the old him… The old him used to listen to what I had to say, helped me with homewor, cared about my feelings, and knew how to bond…
The new him doesnt seem like he is all there… He is always watching youtube,,, or on his DS… or just something else other then just us… It is extremely hard to get his attention at times. idk what to do anymore.
The one thing i do know is i love him… and i just want things to be better.
What do i do?

You tell him directly that you need to talk and then you calmly detail the problems you have identified in the relationship and you ask him if he is okay and if he is happy i the relationship, you also remind him that "No" is a acceptable answer. Neither of you have to pretend to be happy if you are not.

Have this tough talk with him, it is far better to find out sooner rather than later if the relationship is over, and if it is time to go your separate ways, or if it is something that the two of you can fix together.
