Protect your stuff, fight for visitation rights and hold on as best you can. This time of your life is going to suck really bad, worse than I can imagine. However you should, if you can, hold your head up if only for the kids.
And I wish you all the luck in the world if it comes to a court battle. At the risk of sounding overly grim, you might well need it. All that said, look after yourself and kickass. The rest will follow.
