Ever feel like you’re on the verge of blowing up? Theirs never a time where you’re really able to let anything out, All you really want to do is shout and cry and let everything out. But you don’t because you cant. Because you’re afraid. I like violent shows But I’m not a violent person. I don’t self harm anymore, I haven’t since sophomore year. How do I cope? I don’t know how to cope..

Yeah, and don't you feel like you can cry for ages and ages? its frustrating, its irritating, its hard not to fall into darkness. I never hurt myself, but I understand the feeling you have now.Think of this: 'all emotional pain lasts 10 min. anything after that is self-inflicted." maybe you should take a walk down the beach, or go somewhere alone other then home. even if you end up crying its okay to let it all out.

I try to find things that make me cry if I have a time for myself, songs, movies, thoughts... Because it's the best way of getting rid of all fustration and once I think I'm done crying I feel so much better, the first times it seems like you are never going to end, but you do. I also like throwing a soft small stress ball as hard as I can agaist the wall as many times as I wish, I don't know why this works for me but it does. I also do stuff like drawings and play instruments to through art express what I'm feeling inside without the need of words or actions that can be too dramatic, it doesn't need to be good, splattering paint on a canvas can release a lot of emotion inside you. You can also talk to people about what bothers you so you 'let it out' of your mind for a second.I'm here if you want to talk to me :). The important thing here is to find your way to let things out and to identify quickly what does make you feel like this so it doesn't build up until a critical point.
