In short: DON'T TRY TO DIAGNOSE YOURSELF.
It takes a long time for someone to become a doctor/psychiatrist/therapist. There's a reason for that: there are a lot of variables, and even more possible diagnosis (Also a lot of pharmaceutical options not available to just anyone). If you keep feeling uncomfortable, go to someone who is qualified. He/She will try to make everything a bit better. And if you still don't want to go to a therapist, you may want to try a doctor or a psychiatrist.
I would also recommend you to try to figure out how you feel right now, and see if there's something you can change (sometimes you may not be able to change something). Try to evaluate your own perspective and see things from different points of view, talk to someone, chill out a bit, enjoy the little things, find a hobby, hang out with your friends and eventually it will fade away. Remember: in every rainy day, the clouds still have their silver lining :D
