It was not your fault. Please contact the police or at least tell an adult who can help you. It would be very good if you could go to visit a doctor who could make sure everything is okay. Please don't keep it bottled up like I did. It'll make it worse. Tell someone who can help you & go to the doctor and get checked out. You don't want it to become worse than it already is. Please get some help.

I'm really sorry this has happened to you, there are some vile people in this world. Do not let them get away with this, tell someone who can help you. Go to the police, or a doctor maybe? You've done nothing wrong and you don't deserve to go through something like this.
