I did the same question a few weeks ago. People seem upset about this too don't worry. But someone told me that are the own moderators of the website creating false profiles to do the advertising. Idk if this is true or not, but it was what that person told me. So you just have to ignore it, I don't think there is any way to make them go away. Even if you try to ban them, they'll create new profiles :/
