How to tell people that I think I have a mental health problem?

I think I may have a mental health problem. I know this gets asked a lot, but I don’t know how to ask for help or who to trust.
Any advice would be great.

Try to go to someone you seriously trust, a parent, guardian, or school counciler. Tell them about your condition by trying to ask for help. Take your time, the person should be patient, because it may be difficult to get out. Just remember that this person will support you (don't pick someone you think won't) and help you no matter what. If you really can't say it, or feel super uncomfortable, write it down :)

If you mean people as in everyone in general I wouldn't reccomend it. Since you aren't diagnosed & people can be mean.If you mean people as in a SSW,Counselor,Therapist,MHC etc make an appt, or go in & explain what's going on. They may recommend therapy appointments, meds & a diagnostic. If you would like to chat or more info I've gone through the process. Feel free to message me, Good luck!

Are you having mental health issues or just going through a hard time in life? If its the latter then time may sort that out. If you really think you need the extra help then speaking to one of your school teachers or Councillors may lead you to what you need. Also your parents have a right to know your concerns as well.
