How to handle this feelings?

I really feel crappy today. I don’t want to live, but also don’t want die. I don’t know what to do anymore. My head is a mess.
How do you guys handle with those shitty feelings?

Usually I try to play music such as my piano keyboard. I'll try to learn a song I usually listen to by watching YouTube or I sometimes try to put something together if I'm feeling creative.I also remember everyone I love and loves me in this world because everything would completely change without me here living and the same goes for you. Don't think no one cares for you on this planet because you have a whole world who loves and cares for you!

I've felt the same way recently. To handle those feelings i joined this site. Its easier to feel better when you believe that there are others out there who hope you feel better too.

I read. Thats when I can be in my own personal bubble and not worry about my own troubles. Ive been around the world this way. Keep looking up! All the best etc.

I do many things to get those thoughts and feelings to go away; I doodle in a notepad. I read a book or magazine. I play video games _________________________surround yourself with people and things that make you happy.. do what makes you happy (:

I do my makeup... Even though I'm stressed-out, I don't look haggard. Pampering yourself in a difficult situation, you will feel a lot better. It feels better when you are transforming yourself in front of the mirror, while holding up your tears as it will ruin your make up.

Feeling bad sucks. But stressing out ABOUT feeling bad makes it even worse. Just accept that you feel sort of crappy today, and that you're gonna get through it, and it will pass. Watching a movie, or going for a walk, or reading a book, or eating some good food, or reading some articles online, or going on tumblr can take your mind off of it.
