I'm so sorry you have these feelings and this experience. I have been there so many times, and the feeling of guilt can be so debilitating. But the only way to move forward is to accept what has passed. Tomorrow is a new day, with new meals, and a new chance to eat healthfully. The last thing I want you to do is feel the need to "compensate" for today, because it is not healthy or effective. Binges happen, accept yourself for the little slip-ups you can sometimes make. But keep in mind that binging typically is a consequence of previously under eating. Forgive yourself for today, but learn from this experience and remind yourself to eat appropriately at mealtime so that you don't have to feel this away again. And remember, it is never too late in the day to start your day over.

I go through the same thing all the time and the other two are right. You just have to move on. You are not worthless. We're human. We make mistakes. Every meal is a new opportunity to make the right choices. <3
