How do I get the vent/listen chat thing to work?

Maybe try waiting a few moments after the page finishes loading before trying to click the button. It could be one of those pesky popup ads. The same thing happened to me, but I tried it again afterwards and it was fine. Hope this helps!

Give the page a few moments to load all content, then click "I Agree", it will take you to a page where you can choose to Vent or Listen.

Thanks for the replies! I waited, but all that happened was that the advert changed to one for a fire extinguisher (?)

You should be transferred to the chat when you click on I agree, are you positive that you clicked on the right one? I'm not saying that you're somehow capable of missing the very blatant button, but it's also quite easy to slip and click on something else as well, which is incredibly frustrating.There could also be a chance that you're having technical problems with it, which you can go to their help page and hopefully have them help you fix it.
