How do I deal with my stressing out over people not responding to me?

Like people not responding to messages, or my boyfriend not texting me back within a few minutes.

I’ve had moments in the past where I’ve been completely ignored amd kicked aside, so I’m constantly worried and stressing out. Even when I know there’s a perfectly logical reason someone isn’t responding to me, like sleep, work or just plain busy, I still get worried and ticked off.

My only method of coping is forcing myself to leave my phone in my room and watching tv.

How do I deal with the stress?

well there's many things you can do, for example, you can start a new hobby or do your old ones. also go hang out with friends and to whatever is stressing you out, you can distract yourself from it.
