how can i feel like myself again

the past few months have been hard with the end of high school and finally committing to the school of my dreams. in this time i know that stress has taken over my life and since then, i haven’t really felt like myself. now that it’s summer break it seems to have gotten a little better but i’m still gone. what do you think i should do to get myself back.

I'm in a VERY similar boat. Finding the passion (especially if it's the one you'll be pursuing at college!) and continuing to act on it is a strong way to find purpose in the monotone of the day to day nonsense. Hopefully that helped! If you'd like to talk, please feel free to contact me! (:

i think that you should do the things that you used to do or just try new activities ,it is always fun to try new things and then you just make a new you that is better then the old one ,Good Luck

Ah that's rough! I suggest you take a few days to just do "Me" time. Do what you love and be with people you love and maybe try something new! When I get super stressed out I find that running helps. I just go for a run, and I'm not the best runner out there, but it really helps clear my mind and feel better! Good luck!
