HELP! I don’t know what to say?!

My cousins and I are really close their like my sisters and they reallyy wanted me to go with them on spring break to Florida but my parents dont want me to go saying all the money I spend there can go for something I really need like getting my liscence and I completely agree. I feel like i’m letting my cousins down by saying no, and I don’t know how to tell them no.

The easiest way is the hardest way I'm afraid, and that's telling them exactly what your parents told you. but you can always hope for a next time. I'm sure your cousins will understand. :) Your parents are right, in a way. Priority should be given for the more important things right now.
