End of year English Speech Assessment. Any help?

Uh, well High School I suppose. I'm in an Academy, so yeah. And yes, it can be any topic, as long as it's serious.

You could do a speech on drugs, and end up showing how people in college and even some in high school, youngsters and all, are on drugs, that drugs are everywhere, and denying it is what society's doing the best. You prove that not only the education system is shit, but that it cannot prevent nor stop students from using drugs to perform well or to evade the reality of their miserable education experience. Meh I don't know. If I had to do a speech, it would probably be very sarcastic and denouncing the bloody education system itself.
