Also, try to focus on something else, but if you try focusing on something else very intensely, then you will only help contribute to higher stress levels causing the anxiety to worsen. You might just have to continue experimenting. Try listening to music instead, going for a walk(it doesn't have to be long), playing with a family pet such as a dog or cat. Basically whenever you start feeling pretty stressed out, try doing something you enjoy rather than just ignore what your body is telling you and letting it build up.I hope that helps!
