Please don't consider attempting suicide! If you think you may have depression, you should try to see a doctor,counselor or a psychiatrist. They would be able to help you and figure out if you actually suffer from depression. I went to a psychiatrist and found out that I'm bipolar.When I'm feeling depressed or suicidal I try to do something to get my mind off of things. Like I'll try to read a book, play video games, watch a movie,ect. Anything to help get my mind off of things. I'll also sometimes write about how i'm feeling to help get my feelings out. Talking also helps me, I talk to my counselor about these sort of feelings and she listens and gives me advice.I hope you feel better and if you need to talk I'm here.
