Happiness means being in the state of mind that makes you feel so comfortable in your skin that you eventually give out a real and genuine smile or even a laugh. Happiness is something for some of us hard to imagine, yet we encounter it quite a lot in our life without appreciating it. Happiness is overshadowed by sadness. Happiness means being surrounded by those who give you a reason to live and who you can trust.

For me personally, I would define happiness as feeling content with who you are, experiencing and achieving what you want to do and to be able to surround yourself with people who care and support you.

Happiness is most certainly hard to describe. You don't spell it out, but you feel it. I think happiness comes in many forms, but it all starts with loving yourself. :D

there are days I struggle to feel happiness, but when there are days I feel I can no longer cope I just picture the first time I heard my childrens heart beat, first time I held them, their first smile, laughter etc... They are the best happiness that I will cherish and help me see the light through dark clouds. I always check on them when they are tucked in beds sleeping, without fail I always smile as I am so proud of my children (soppy...I know) happiness is a state of mind where you don't feel worried, stressed or upset. Happiness for me is being with those I love the most.

Happiness is seeing what you have, without comparing it to what others have. it's weighing your own successes, and failures, and looking back at it all, with a content sigh, and saying "I would never have it any other way."

That's tough. There are many aspects/avenues/segments of my life which can be described as content or happy but, in all honesty, I think the idea of true happiness would require most of those areas to be "happy". Of course there's always SOME kind of issue in our lives whether we see them or not. So 100% happiness is near impossible. But another way to view it is all in your perspective. To be honest, there's an insane amount of things I'd love to change about my life, decisions I'd like to take back or change completely, but then, who would I be, for better or worse. Instead, I choose to be happy with what I have, and the fact that I'm on a journey to get those things I want. We're human, it's natural to want more, but we can't forget what already exists. To every negative there is a positive, another ray of light or hope. I dunno, all in all, I say that happiness is what you make it.

happiness for me is being contented :) Contented with the family and friends you have, with the books you can read, with the food you can eat. having the best people who can fill in the blanks you have, that's happiness for me. :)

Accepting myself, having family around me, success in achieving my ultimate goals, and learning how to find the best in even the worst of days. There's so many more forms that happiness can be in. We all just have to remember that happiness does not seek us, we seek happiness. :)

Happiness to me is seeing and appreciating all the blessings around us that not a lot of people are able to see, happiness is being satisfied with who you are and where you are going with your life, to me happiness should not be depended on someone else but yourself, I've found happiness in someone a while ago but soon ended therefor i thought all my happiness was thrown out of the window, I've also learned that happiness is also a state of mind, its also very physical, you are the only one who can control your own happiness at the end of the day but not a lot of people are able to do so, by me saying happiness is a state of mind i simply mean not thinking about other people, rather in a bad or good way, happiness is yourself, letting yourself go and wanting better and appreciating all the little things rather small or big, its all about love.
