That's tough. There are many aspects/avenues/segments of my life which can be described as content or happy but, in all honesty, I think the idea of true happiness would require most of those areas to be "happy". Of course there's always SOME kind of issue in our lives whether we see them or not. So 100% happiness is near impossible. But another way to view it is all in your perspective. To be honest, there's an insane amount of things I'd love to change about my life, decisions I'd like to take back or change completely, but then, who would I be, for better or worse. Instead, I choose to be happy with what I have, and the fact that I'm on a journey to get those things I want. We're human, it's natural to want more, but we can't forget what already exists. To every negative there is a positive, another ray of light or hope. I dunno, all in all, I say that happiness is what you make it.
