You deserve so much better than that, hun! You deserve someone who's going to focus on YOU and you ONLY.
I know you might be in love with him and it might be hard to let him go but you have to tell him that you're not a second choice! If he really loved you as much as he says he does, he wouldn't be able to have love for anyone else! It's either you or her, and it shouldn't even be up for debate.

i like the fact that he is honest with you telling you that he loves another girl. love is a difficult concept that you really cant understand it, it takes time and energy. he said you haven't talked so you need to jump in there and TALK to him, you need to get engaged with him more often. tell him what you feel and what you can do for him to love you back. but if he doesn't it's normal. people fall out of love all the time and that's because the ones that they were in love with weren't the right ones. i hope this helps. just take things slow and make sure to connect with him more, he said that you weren't talking and you should it. but talk to him because COMMUNITCATION is the KEY to all the relationships.
