Applying for a job

I just graduated and have been looking for a job, but lately it’s been fruitless. On Wednesday, I sprained my ankle and on Friday I got a job opportunity from this company called Vector and I’m worried that they won’t take me because of my sprained ankle. This is probably a stupid question but will they still interview me despite having a sprained ankle?

There is absolutely zero reason for them to not interview you for a sprained ankle. If they think you are qualified enough to be giving you this interview, then a mild short-term injury won't make a difference. Sprained ankles heal relatively fast so long as you rest as much as possible, so I don't see this interfering with your long term job opportunity. If they expect you to work immediately if you did get the job, I would mention it but otherwise, it's a short-term injury. It in itself is not a reason to not interview or hire you. x
