My heart is still torn by a toxic relationship I had to end. Any tips on ways to distract myself/or want to talk/video chat with me? Keep in mind that my medications won’t allow me to drive, and I’m a full time college students just as my friends in real life and it’s very difficult to meet up.
You should think about the things that you really need to prioritize, then gradually take steps on how you can achieve these. Do some activities that can improve yourself socially, emotionally, or even physical. How about inviting your close friends to hang out or Movie marathon? Then if you feel better, that is the time to implement your priorities. All these trials you are experiencing are all indications on how stronger you are! So if you surpass these, you are a lot stronger than before and ready to be with those people you really deserved.

A movie marathon, bubble baths, a pet if you can! Also exercising is a great way to cope and deal with stress. Try and meet up with friends if you can. There are always weekends and carpooling is great since you can drive.
