I don't know if this would help you or not, but I'm trying to focus on thinking about what I worried about in my past anxiety attacks when I feel a new one coming on. Literally every issue I've had an anxiety attack about (roommates pissing me off, financial problems, dumb "why doesn't he like me" crap) all worked itsself out shortly after. I haven't had an anxiety attack in the past couple weeks, but I felt like I was about to start obsessively worrying about a new situation (specifically, a guy) and stopped myself when I realized that everything else I've been obsessively worrying about has all worked itsself out.
