Anxiety attacks?

want to know ways to lessen my anxiety attacks other than meds. I would focus and not focus on my issues and all that.

I don't know if this would help you or not, but I'm trying to focus on thinking about what I worried about in my past anxiety attacks when I feel a new one coming on. Literally every issue I've had an anxiety attack about (roommates pissing me off, financial problems, dumb "why doesn't he like me" crap) all worked itsself out shortly after. I haven't had an anxiety attack in the past couple weeks, but I felt like I was about to start obsessively worrying about a new situation (specifically, a guy) and stopped myself when I realized that everything else I've been obsessively worrying about has all worked itsself out.

I like breathing techniques just need more though.

This may sound strange but I put on sound effects from the ocean and I breathe deeply, I try to imagine that I am far away from where I am now. I usually end up tearing up and crying a little bit, but it's so much better for me that just feeling like I can't breathe and panicking constantly. Give it a shot and see if it could work for you!
