AM I IN DANGER??? HELP ME.

Please don’t judge me or anything, I am FREAKING OUT.

Ok so, about maybe 2-3 months ago my hormones were acting up really bad and I went on Omegle…And I did really *cough* indecent things.
I never used webcam or anything by the way. Only text. Mostly through my phone..

Ok anyways…
In one of those chats, the guy asked my name and I only gave him my FIRST NAME and we continued the chat, oh and by the way I lied about my age AND location but I don’t know if that helps with anything… But anyways we kept on talking and then he just disconnected…!!!

And I’m also really fucking paranoid because the other day my mom wanted to try Facetime with me but when she tried calling it ended up on some guy, I don’t understand…SOMEONE WHO TOOK MY NUMBER? I’M SO TERRIFIED, COULD IT BE HIM? …

Here are my questions:

*(By the way I’m underage if that helps, and he said that he is underage as well but I never know for sure…)*

1. COULD HE TRACK ME DOWN?
2. COULD I GET IN SERIOUS TROUBLE?
3. IS THIS WRONG?
4. Could he possibly have tracked my phone???
5. What can I do to stop this!?
6. Will this affect my future? Careers? Could it get leaked?

PLEASE HELP I’M ABOUT TO CRY I’M REALLY SCARED…I KNOW WHAT I DID IS WRONG AND I REGRET IT SO MUCH :’( STUPID HORMONES I HATE THEM..

It could have been something as simple as a connection problem that connected her to the wrong account. I really would not worry about this. Take a moment to calm down and realise that you are overreacting to this situation and that nothing bad is going to happen.

Niklaus is correct. This guy is obviously not the one you were talking to on omegle. If omegle stresses you out you might want to stop going on there.

Like everybody was saying, it was probably a simple connection problem, you know? But, I would say that this may be a sign telling you to just be more careful when doing that kind of stuff, because it could be dangerous.

You are not in danger. Whoever it was that you were talking to on Omegle can not find you. I don't believe that anyone stole your number, and the guy on the FaceTime call was most likely someone random that the Apple servers accidentally connected your mother with. Now, that being said, you should take a deep breath and try to calm yourself. c: Also, it's extremely unlikely that any of this will ever get out to the public at all, as long as no one finds your BlahTherapy display name, that is. You should not feel guilty about any of the things you might have said on the text chat on Omegle, everyone has those moments and everyone makes mistakes.

I don't think that this guy could find you, since you lied about a couple of things. It could of been that your mom typed in the wrong number, or you forgot to erase and apple device that you used to have and sold. But I don't think that you are in real danger at all. If you are still concerned about it later, talk to someone you know well, like a family member or friend, and maybe they will be able to help you or calm you down and make it to where you stop worrying. You are going to be okay, no one is going to really track you down unless you committed a crime or gave too much information to a random stranger on the internet.
