a sore throat for a week now

I am afraid my health clinic might think I am a hypochondriac. I need to have myself checked out. I don’t know what I have. It’s also like a cold and it won’t go away. I also have Medicaid and I don’t want to hear anything about taxpayers being ripped off. But I need help with this medical problem… what do I say to them if they give me a hard time?

First off, a clinic won't tell you you are a hypochondriac, you have the right to get checked out no matter how often you have to come in. Plus if it's a sore throat that's lasted for a week it's not like you are making it up or anything like that, it's better to get it checked out then not. It's not like they will give you a hard time anyway since you have insurance and you are able to pay them and whatnot so just go in and get checked out.
