    Congrats. Just a note, there is a spelling mistake on the blog and on the bottom of the home page. You wrote: ”Please bare with us while…” ”bare” should be ”bear”, unless you are encouraging everyone to undress as they shop for candles, then it is all good!

    Everyone is different. Some people have a broken arm, others have a crack in their brain – but yes, we are all of value. Work to focus your thoughts to bring the two sides together. What makes you calm, or peaceful? Pursue the things that distract your brain from self-arguing.

    I know this time of the year can be hard. I just encourage you to look for the joy, look for the hope. You never know what could be just around the corner, that may be life-changing for the good. Just went through a death in the family. In the grieving I have been able to find a couple things of hope for today.

    End of life care is hard. So many people end up with regrets that they could have done some things differently. Live differently now, so when you reflect back on your life, you have no regrets.
