You can report these people but these listeners are the worst type of people. Just find another chat and don’t listen to those saying these things.

I vented to someone and told them my problem and they told me I was an attention seeker. Some people are just rude assholes.

It’s okay to want to help people, but do not overdo yourself. You’re not doing well either, and putting more pressure on yourself is only going to make things worse.
