i’m trying to stop the energy drainers in my life… whether it be people or situations… they all add extra worry in my mind which isn’t healthy.. all i need is to enjoy every day by spending time outdoors and enjoying nature… I’m going kayaking, swimming at the pools, probably going to go hiking, camping, making start a bonfire, make music outdoors at the bonfire, there’s so much things I can do that i even havent done… last time i tried to swim was 2008… same time i went camping and these are things I should be doing every month… just to get in touch with nature and real living… I’ve been dealing with people for way too long and letting them affect me by being around these people that don’t deserve me based on their selfishness… these people don’t even care as much as I do… it’s a shame..

Focus on all the things that make you happy @spectrolite7, be kind to yourself and don’t let anything or anyone bring you down, find activities to do that bring you brightness and never give up, you are a wonderful soul inside and out, believe in yourself and go forward with confidence, you can do it, inbox me anytime if you want to chat or vent, stay strong, you are never alone :) (hugs)

    • @spectrolite7 I don’t know you but we’re so in sync with our lives right now from the things you posted. I have been drained financially, emotionally, and mentally from people these past few months but I really want to start just doing things I enjoy that consist of outdoor activities like you. Good luck and it’s amazing to see this post right now.

    • @laylab95, Good luck to you as well.. the energy drainers are not worth our time, we have one life to live and it’s important that we enjoy the time we have in life by doing things we enjoy or are interested in. There’s so many good people out there that deserve our kindness, unlike the one’s that don’t appreciate or take care of that kindness. I hope all goes well for you. :)
